“We have passed through a critical psychological barrier,” Dr Venter told the FT. “It has changed my own thinking, both scientifically and philosophically, about life and how it works.”

This is likely to have a huge, economic, social and environmental impact for the rest of the millenium so for a "triple bottom liner" its huge news!!

Con-Dem-Nation given to this by some in the out going party, but....

Con-Dem-Nation.............. it wasnt!

A new kind of press conference and leadership it was; in the garden, birds tweeting, laughs and jokes and straight answers. Wow! Good first day, lets hope for more!

UK Political leadership

Well, its all change, something of a surprise outcome but something of a master stroke on both sides and we all need it to work!

I would not have expected the tone and the stance to have been so clear and determined.

That's a good sign of leadership from a Prime Minister and Deputy!

The really key thing is this government had almost 60% of the turnout vote for them, they have a clear majority and they will not be allowed to drive themselves purely by ideology and dogma so for me that's real exciting, if not challenging to comprehend.
